1200×800 6 plank flooring Load capacity: up to 1.5 t. Blunt and sharp overhangs directed inside the pallet are allowed. Bark is peeled off, both pressed and cubed solid wood is used. Board as multi-saw and band sawing. Tolerances on the width and length of parts +/-5mm; tolerances on the thickness and height of parts +/-2mm. The main species of wood are used: birch, alder, lime, maple, pine, spruce. For the assembly used screw and ruffed nails cube top 3 pieces and bottom 2 pieces (2,8h80 mm), in the intermediate boards used nails (2,5h35-40mm). Corner chamfers are cut at an angle of 45 degrees. At the customer’s request it is possible to dry pallets in drying chambers up to 22% humidity.
