1200×800 6 plank flooring Load capacity: up to 1.5 t. Blunt and sharp peeling directed inside the pallet is allowed. Bark is not peeled off, both pressed and cubed solid wood is used. The board is both multi-sawn and band sawed. Tolerances on the width and length of parts +/-5mm; tolerances on the thickness and height of parts +/-2mm. Any species of wood is used. For assembly are used screw and ruffed nails cube top 3 pieces and bottom 2 pieces (2,8×80 mm), in the intermediate boards are used nails (2,5×35-40mm). Corner chamfers are cut at an angle of 45 degrees. At the customer’s request it is possible to dry pallets in drying chambers up to 22% humidity.
