Euro pallet 1200×800 1 grade new

1200×800 Alternating planking Load capacity: up to 2.5 tons. Only blunt bevels pointing inwards are allowed. Bark is peeled, both pressed and solid wood cubes are used. The board is of multi-saw quality only. Tolerances in width and length of parts +/-5mm; tolerances in thickness and height of parts +/-2mm. The main wood species used are: birch, alder, lime, maple, pine, spruce. For assembly are used screw and ruffed nails cube top 3 pieces and bottom 2 pieces (2,8×80 mm), in the intermediate boards are used nails (2,5×35-40mm). Corner chamfers are cut at an angle of 45 degrees. At the customer’s request it is possible to dry pallets in drying chambers up to 22% humidity.
